Strategic change: New ways to go in production The aim is to set up its own, state-of-the-art production line for asynchronous machines To this end, we are looking for an experienced project manager who is responsible for this process from scratch.

Total responsibility for the construction of electric motor production - from planning to commissioning Analysis and selection of suitable manufacturing machines and technologies Development of efficient manufacturing processes and layouts Building a sustainable supplier structure for components and materials Close cooperation with design, development and purchasing Project controlling and regular reporting to management Designing the strategic orientation of production

Complete degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or comparable qualification Proven experience in project management in the field of manufacturing or development of electric drives Knowledge of manufacturing planning, process optimization and/or LEAN management Experience in handling suppliers and machine manufacturers Embossed hand-on mentality, paired with strategic thinking Communication strength, team orientation and enforcement capability
