Contract Management Employee (m/w/d)

The contract is a central interface in the company: requirements of business partners, internal departments and legal regulations as well as standards must be combined to achieve the best possible result for the company. Constant improvements in our services and products require legally secure contractual works and enable personal development into new topics.

You create contract drafts together with the departments and support the departments in the design of contracts. You're consulting the central contract data and constantly developing the contracts. If necessary, you coordinate the assignment of external specialist lawyers. You help us to avoid legal risks in contracts by ensuring unambiguous performance, clear delivery and acceptance regulations, reasonable liability regulation, exact term agreement taking into account the creditworthiness of the business partner.

You have a degree in economic law or economics, or you have a completed training as a lawyer, or you are interested in cross-comers. You have legal knowledge in the field of HGB and BGB. You have good English and Microsoft Word skills. You will bring first experiences in solution-oriented work, presentation and organizing. You are characterized by communication skills, team skills, motivation and skills to work independently. You have fun in conceptual, process-oriented and cross-disciplinary thinking and work. You have optimal knowledge of copyright (licens law) and IT law as well as good IT and commercial knowledge.
