Cleaner on a mini-job basis (m/f/d)

We are looking for a cleaning power (m/w/d) based on a minijob.

Location: Saarbrücker Str. 16-28 and 17 in Remscheid

Working time: from 1x per week, free of charge by arrangement

Description of posts:

Weekly hours: 8 hours

Monthly hours: 34 hours

hourly wage: 15,00€

Full monthly wage: 510,00€

Your main tasks will be:

• Complete cleaning of multi-family houses no. 16, 17, 18, 20, 22, 24, 26, 28
• Elevator cleaning in Nos 17, 24 and 26
• Weekly staircase cleaning
• Window cleaning 1x per quarter

Weekly cleaning:

• Staircase (wet and wet wipe, even under the mats)
• Elevator floor (fee and wiping - if available)
• Elevator mirror (inside if available)
• front door complete
• Letterboxes & entrance doors
• Removal of spider webs
• Stairway
• Removal of gum and others

Every 2 weeks:

• Window benches
• Handles
• Ground interspaces
• Light switch & sockets
• Elevator doors (if available – depending on the pollution also weekly)
• Lifting walls and grooves (if available)

All 3 months: 1x (4x all year):

• Complete window cleaning

Half year: 1x (2x all year):

• Cellar cleaning (fegen)
• laundry room (fee and wiping)
• Memory (if available)

Required:

• unpredictable events, such as major pollution
• outdoor area
