Control, monitoring and management of cross-disciplinary projects Tracing projects and measures in the fields of technology and sales including reporting and escalation management Analysis, evaluation and development of meaningful policy templates Processing of strategic and operational issues Preparation and coordination of analyses, reports and concepts for the Executive Board Accompanying the Board of Management with the coordination and preparation of internal and external appointments in the area of Technology & Sales Quick and independent incorporation into new facts – including the presentation of decision-relevant documents

Completed university degree (e.g. BWL, (economic) engineering or the like) Ideally up to five years of professional experience in various areas (product management, sales and/or technology) of an industrial company or management consultancy Technical understanding in the field of electrical engineering, energy engineering, industrial engineering or comparable industries International project experience, ideally in cooperation with executives Excellent communication skills and diplomatic skills Very good English language skills in word and writing Flexibility, initiative as well as independent, solution-oriented operation Interest in new issues and new topics Secure control of the current IT tools in the Office and Communication Area (MS Office) Suitable for severely disabled persons, according to the task and request profile
