As a team management, you control and control the daily operating business. In doing so, you take over the professional leadership and further development of the professional employees in your team and work out the shift plan. In the logistics you feel comfortable and could ideally gain first leadership experiences. In addition, you know yourself with MS Office and might already work with a warehouse management system. You always communicate at eye level and bring your motivation to your colleagues. Work in a regular layer model with early and late layers is easily possible for you.
