Pedagogical Assistant for Intensive Socio-Pedagogical Individual Care in Jembke (m/f/d)

Tasks

You provide security to the local clients in the block service (7 to 14 days) by professional relationship building and planning and shaping the common everyday. You provide socially relevant values and standards as well as general knowledge and accompany one of the clients in everyday school. With experiential and work pedagogical projects, you enrich the common time and help discover and consolidate new hobbies and interests. In line with age, you promote competences in action, in speaking and in social or social contexts. You accompany the development of a future perspective and motivate clients.

What we expect You bring a completed educational course or a corresponding study. You have practical experience in intensive pedagogical work with children as part of educational aid. You like to work unconventionally and autonomously and bring others constructively through your fresh nature. You also recognize successes in the small steps. Your inner child is looking forward to making everyday life creative with clients, getting in touch with children and adolescents quickly and a thick coat helps you in emotional crises. Your professional attitude and good self-reflection make you a stable contact for clients and your team. The special time distribution of the working phases in this block model meet your needs. You are absolutely trustworthy and flexible and represent the company with high loyalty and expertise. You have a class B license.
