To strengthen our service area, we are looking for a dedicated service assistance (m/w/d) at the next possible time – with fun at customer contact and a sense of smooth running.

Reception and support of our customers – personal and telephone

Planning and coordination of service appointments and workshop orders

Support of our service consultants in daily business

Cash operations and billing

Transfer of vehicles and explanation of invoices

Telephone advice on services, offers and workshop hours

Coordination with the workshop team and maintenance of the capacity overview

Completed training as an office clerk, car clerk or comparable

First professional experience in the car house, reception or customer service desirable

Joy of dealing with people and a safe, friendly appearance

Organizational talent, team spirit and reliability

Ideal experience with the BMW or MINI brands

driving licence class B

Varied activity with direct customer contact
