MEDICAL FACHANGES (M/W/D) OR ARZTHELFERIN (M/W/D)

in parttime with 32 week hours

YEARS:

• Practice management with appointment coordination for all participating professional groups
• Leading the digital patient file
• Coordination of diagnostic appointments
• Accounting of services and documentation provided by other professional groups and controlling
• Ensuring the telephone availability of the ambulance
• Administrative intake of the patient
• Communication with external doctors/handlers/ facilities, etc.

IHR PROFIL:

(m/w/d) or doctoral assistant (m/w/d)

• Professional experience in psychiatry / psychotherapy / psychosomatics
• Professional experience in practical management
• Comprehensive technical and social competence
• high empathy, esteemed communication, team skills
• Experiences in handling ORBIS and MS Office products desirable
• Joy in dealing with people as well as safe and friendly appearance of independent work and resilience
