Completed studies in the field of (economic) computer science or comparable training Multiannual professional experience in service delivery management Good understanding of business processes and IT processes (ITIL) Experience with Service Now/ LeanIX of advantage English in word and writing (to moderate meetings on C level) Embossed communication skills, customer and service orientation Fun on self-employed work, willingness to travel, entrepreneurial thinking and targeted and structured working processes complete your profile
