Your duties

• As a spanning mechanic (m/w/d) and independently direct the CNC milling machines (e.g. HURCO 3-Achs)
• Verification of manufactured components with measuring instruments
• Recording measurement results and production data according to predetermined protocols
• Active participation in optimization measures
• regular maintenance and maintenance of the machines used
• Implementation of production orders based on technical documents and drawings
• Production of individual parts and small series according to specific requirements
• execution of various mechanical processing steps such as turning, sawing and cutting at corresponding machines
• Secure reading and conversion of mechanical design drawings

Your qualifications

• (m/w/d) or comparable qualifications
• Experience in working with CNC-controlled machines and secure understanding of technical documents and drawings
• Knowledge of how to use modern control systems – experiences with WIN Max 5 are advantageous
• Use of test equipment and safe handling of clamping and measuring devices
• They are characterized by technical skill, high sense of responsibility and a structured, independent way of working
