You take responsibility for central aspects of the Employee Life Cycle: Brand Attraction, Recruitment and Onboarding as well as the associated HR Services. You run two teams (2 direct and 6 indirect employees): HR Services and Employer Branding & Recruiting. Your focus is on optimizing skills and team structures. Your responsibility is also: The strategic implementation of our HR strategy: you analyze and develop concepts and implement them with determination and creativity. You will continue to shape our HR Roadmap with clear content, Milestones and measures.

You drive the digital transformation by developing innovative solutions and controlling their successful implementation

You guide exciting HR projects and introduce fresh, forward-looking ideas into our company to raise employee experience to a new level.

A completed university degree in the business sector with a focus on HRM. Multiannual professional experience in a comparable management function, ideally in a dynamic environment. In-depth experience in HR, especially in employer branding and service management. A strong strategic thinking and the ability to translate visionary concepts into concrete, implementable measures. A passion for digital innovations and proven experience in change management.
