Site Manager Civil Engineering and Road Construction (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the independent control of demanding construction projects in compliance with technical, commercial, legal and terminological requirements. You are responsible for the economic achievement of the calculated construction site result. You are responsible for timing, cost and budget control as well as efficient personnel and material use. You are responsible for the personnel deployment planning and the professional management of the employees. You coordinate cooperation with our construction partners and take over correspondence, audit of accounts and technical monitoring and evaluation of the services provided. You monitor occupational safety and environmental legislation. As a rule, the Heilbronn region, Stuttgart, Schwäbisch-Hall and Hohenlohe belongs to your area of application.

You have a degree in civil engineering, preferably in civil engineering and road construction, or a comparable qualification. You have several years of professional experience as a construction manager in civil and road construction. You provide knowledge in building and contract law as well as the relevant occupational safety and environmental regulations. You have user knowledge of construction-specific computer applications, ideally RIB iTWO. You convince by an independent and result-oriented way of working as well as a high project management competence. Embossed negotiation and presentation skills as well as leadership skills complete your profile. You provide very good German knowledge in word and writing.
