The Martin Group combines over 900 specialists at five locations that work together on innovative solutions for the automotive industry. Our latest work in Oelsnitz in Vogtland, with around 80 dedicated employees, specializes in the production of precise metal forming parts and complex welding and joining assemblies. Our products are used in vehicles of all types of drive – perhaps also in your car? Your tasks:

• Value components during production They check the components in situ for quality and thus ensure the highest standards
• Detake and packaging of components At the outlet belt, you remove the components and pack them into the charge carriers according to the predetermined packaging order.
• Quality control of components They evaluate outer skin and structural parts according to clear specifications and ensure product quality
• Supporting system drivers You can help the plant drivers with the turnout and tool change
• Production release They release production independently and use our CAQ program
• Documentation of order data You reliably collect and document the relevant data
• Simplified placement activities After a thorough instruction, you can support the raw plant with simple installation work

Your profile:

• They have completed technical training – ideally as
• Engineer (m/w/d)
• or in a comparable range
• Technical understanding They work independently and with a high degree of responsibility
• Teaming You are a real team player and appreciate the collaboration with your colleagues
• Providing shiftwork They are flexible and ready to participate in 3-shift operation
