Advice and support: You support managers and employees in the practical implementation of health, work and fire protection laws as well as safety guidelines – especially in the electrical industry Developing safety standards: You create risk assessments, develop protection measures, safety standards and work instructions based on hazard and accident analyses Training and instruction: You design digital training documents, carry out instruction and promote the awareness of occupational safety in the company Controls and documentation: Regular operational controls of machines, plants and hazardous substances are your responsibility as well as the creation of operational instructions Responsibility for fire protection: Planning and execution of broaching exercises, fire protection efforts as well as the creation and continuation of the fire protection regulations are your tasks Examination & Audit: You check new plants and buildings before commissioning, take over acceptances, plan and conduct internal audits and actively participate in business processes such as Hoshin Kanri and Shopfloor Meetings

Complete study in the field of electrical engineering / mechanical engineering, technician, master or comparable qualification professional experience in a comparable field of work and the qualification as a specialist for occupational safety and Additional safety training (Sifa) required Training according to DGUV Information 205-003 as fire protection officer is desirable A strong communication strength and team capacity as well as a high degree of self-initiative and good analytical capability Safe handling of database-based safety systems and a great interest in technical and digital challenges Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
