You will be part of our highly-engaged, internationally oriented buying team, which is responsible for strategic purchasing processes across several countries In this role, you will ensure the smooth implementation of contractually agreed measures and projects between FN | MZ and our suppliers. This also includes close international coordination with other national companies, in particular as part of marketing and POS measures (offline and online) As a central coordinating body, you are the first person in the daily business for all the suppliers-related topics and work closely with the respective buyers. You support this in the preparation of negotiations, as well as in the analysis and derivation of measures to optimize supplier performance based on TCO As a procurement partner, you support the relevant buyer in the planning and implementation of our group-wide shopping and supplier strategy. In this function you will quickly take responsibility and maintain smaller shopping projects independently. You work directly on the development of the supplier and thus get the opportunity to establish a firm size in the team In addition to the analysis of key figures, your tasks include the preparation of assortment lists and supplier negotiations In addition, you are responsible for master data and logistics topics and act here as an interface between internal departments and external partners. The installation and maintenance of articles in SAP is just as important as the procurement, quality testing and timely provision of the relevant data

1-3 years of professional experience in a comparable position in the field of strategic purchasing or category management, ideally in retail or in the FMCG environment Analytical and strategic thinking as well as the ability to keep an overview even in complex situations and to think of solution-oriented Entrepreneurial thinking for process improvement to optimize the way of working for the benefit of customers and suppliers Excellent communication skills, including knowledge of English in word and writing With popular MS Office programs you can handle very well, especially with Excel
