To strengthen our team, we are looking for a business controller (m/w/d) for SCHEU-DENTAL GmbH at the Iserlohn site at the next possible time.

You don't just want to analyze numbers, but actively shape the future of a growing company? In this responsible position, you support with sound analyses, drive the further development of our financial processes and are an important savings partner for business decisions.

You are responsible for planning, forecasting and budgeting processes. You create target-actual analyses, KPI evaluations as well as measure and result controlling. You are responsible for monthly, quarterly and ad hoc reporting for internal and external stakeholders, including management, banks and investors. You act as a business partner for departments and companies within the group of companies. You develop sound business analysis and recommendations for action for strategic and operational decisions. You continuously develop existing reporting, planning and control instruments. You support the introduction of new systems, tools and digital solutions in the financial sector. You will participate in strategic projects such as investment, efficiency and transformation projects. You support liquidity planning and cash flow analyses and contribute to sustainable corporate governance.

You have a successfully completed business studies with a focus on finance, controlling, accounting or a comparable qualification. You have several years of professional experience in the financial or controlling environment, ideally in a comparable position. You bring well-founded knowledge in financial planning, controlling and reporting. You have a good understanding of accounting according to HGB. You work safely with ERP systems as well as Excel and ideally have experience with BI and reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau. You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing. You are characterized by a high number affinity and a pronounced analytical ability. You work independently, structured and solution-oriented. Communication strength, persuasiveness and a professional appearance in dealing with different stakeholders complete your profile. You take responsibility and advance projects independently. Advantage Experiences in project management, for example in the context of digitalization, transformation or system implementation projects. Additional qualifications such as balance sheet holders (IHK), CPA, ACCA or CFA.
