Senior In-house Lawyer / In-house Counsel – International Business Law (m/f/d)

You take over the independent legal advice on international contractual and economic law You serve selected specialist departments and subsidiaries of the Reinhausen Group You create, evaluate, and negotiate contracts independently in German and English You develop legal decision-making recommendations taking into account national and international legal requirements You advise across areas in technically demanding projects and bring your legal expertise into project planning early on You take responsible special tasks in Legal & Compliance

You are a full lawyer You have long-standing, relevant experience in the legal department of an international company or in a supra-regional firm with the relevant focal points in business law You have well-founded knowledge in the general contract law in the B2B area, the legal support of project business and commercial practice You ideally have several years of experience in IT law, privacy & compliance You have a strong economic understanding and a high technical affinity You are happy to work in the team and stand out for your very dedicated and solution-oriented work You communicate in English in a safe manner
