As an Executive Consultant at Uhlmann Group Holding's CEO Office, you are working directly with the Chairman of the Board of Management and the Board of Management of Uhlmann Group Holding and make a significant contribution to the sustainable development of Uhlmann Group. Through your cross-group activity, you create transparency, identify development potential and support the successful implementation of the corporate strategy. In this exposed role, you will gain deep insight into the management of an internationally active, successful group of companies and make a direct contribution to the sustainability of Uhlmann Group. Unbox your job – your tasks Close cooperation with the CEO as well as insight into cross-group-wide business processes Sovereign and competent support of the Executive Board in ongoing projects as well as in day-to-day business including group-wide transformation and growth initiatives Development of benchmark and potential analyses as well as well as well-founded decision-making templates for board and committees independent processing of strategic questions and creation of professional presentations Preparation and follow-up of Supervisory Board, Advisory and Management Decisions Takeover of special and short-term ad hoc tasks and enquiries as well as occasional missions

Successfully completed master studies with technical or technical-economic orientation, ideally complemented by a doctorate in the technical environment Multiannual professional experience in the scientific environment or in the manufacturing industry with detectable successes Safe handling of modern AI-assisted analysis and search tools for structured processing of complex facts Embossed analytical thinking and action, high flexibility and above-average organizational talent Proven intercultural competence and excellent expressiveness in German and English Detectable competence in professional communication, for example through publications, lectures or presentations Readiness to travel within the scope of activity
