Maintaining, balancing and cleaning large amounts of data in Excel and internal systems
Transfer and update information between Excel tables and IT databases
Creation and updating of reports, key figures and evaluations
Support in data validation, quality assurance and corrections
General administrative tasks to support IT or project departments
Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
Very good knowledge in MS Excel (e.g. functions, pivot, formatting)
Ideally first experience in handling SAP
Precise, structured and reliable operation
Organizational talent, number understanding and team spirit
Ready to work on site (2–3 weeks), then hybrid work (approximately 4 days/month)
