We are Viverva – a digital health company with heart and vision. From our location in Cologne we design the future of medical care: digital, patient-centric and innovative. With platforms such as CannaZen, we allow people to easily and discreetly access to medical cannabis – safe, digital and at eye level. Viverva is part of the Semdor Pharma Group – a strong network that includes our sister Cannamedical Pharma, one of the leading providers of medical cannabis in Germany. For our team we are now looking for a Fullstack Developer (w/m/d).

We are looking for a solid core team member who grows with us in the long term (no freelancer and no agency solution!!). You take responsibility for our technology, shape it strategically and build the foundation for a scaling company.

Your tasks Technical Responsibility & Development Operational work in the code and strategic decision at architecture level Development of Frontend and Backend Development of individual plugins & system solutions Conception and implementation of new features UX optimization together with Marketing & Design Architecture & scaling Construction of scalable system architecture Performance and database optimization Infrastructure Strategy (AWS, Deployment, Monitoring) Security & Compliance Technical safety, stability & reliability Clean code standards and structured documentation Strategy & Leadership Definition of technical roadmap Tool selection & independent technology decisions Perspective setup of a Dev team Close cooperation with founders, marketing & operations Our current stack WordPress & WooCommerce (High-Performance Setup), soon Custom Individual plugin development API Integrations (Payment, Analysis Tools, External Systems) Git, CI/CD Performance optimization (Core Web Vitals, Pagespeed) Database optimization & scalable architecture We are open to further development and modernization – if you bring convincing solutions

Multiannual experience as Fullstack Developer Very good knowledge of WordPress / WooCommerce Strong in PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS Experience with API integrations Cloud and DevOps concession (AWS, Docker of Advantage) Experience with Git and Deployment Processes Performance and SEO concession User-centric development entrepreneurial thinking High quality standards Remarkable: Startup experience Experience in regulated markets Interest in long-term cooperation / participation
