You're going through our Retail Banking products and processes, and you're tracking Fraud risks and optimization potentials. With the goals of the Fraud area and the overall bank in mind, you translate your results into well-founded and comprehensible arguments for stakeholders and leads. Fraud-KPIs, efficiencies and STP rates are not foreign words for you, therefore you control and are responsible for the continuous process improvement cycle. You start progress, status and management reports, analyze the results and recognize them in time when there are deviations. In this case, you intervene immediately by making suggestions on countermeasures and submitting these superiors, senior management and the relevant interface departments to decide. Also in internal specialist committees you always meet the right tone, tune yourself in terms of technical requirements and their implementation and accompany their implementation with other organizational units, such as Risk, for example. The latter also comes to bear when you coordinate multi-disciplinary initiatives and measures that influence process processes and resource requirements in the processes responsible. And of course, you will also make a decisive contribution in the QBR process, sensitize with awareness measures in and external addressees for Fraud and also immerse yourself in the global Fraud community.
