Place: Dresden

For electrotechnical construction projects we are now looking for a building manager (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) to support our partner in the Dresdner North! Together with the project manager, you take over the independent execution of electrotechnical projects and pay attention to time, cost and quality requirements. The coordination of technicians and subcontractors, the collection of offers as well as the creation and follow-up of scales are part of your task. You document changes in planning documents, ensure compliance with quality management and participate in internal and external meetings. As an operational manager, you are responsible for occupational safety, order and cleanliness at the construction site and act in the sense of the occupational safety system. In case of unclearness, you actively request consultation with superiors and bring the willingness to work with in adjacent tasks.

You have successfully completed your technical training. Multiannual professional experience in the construction management, in particular in the area of central and large construction sites, as well as well as well-founded knowledge in plant engineering are the distinguishing features. You bring leadership skills, take responsibility for your team and ensure smooth project implementation. The safe handling of MS Office is of course for you, as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working. Through your social competence, you can professionally stand up to customers and colleagues and keep an overview even in demanding situations.
