As a team leader, you take the professional and organizational responsibility for our MRP team and ensure optimal supply of goods along the entire supply chain. With your sense of stocks, needs and processes, you make sure that our goods are available at the right time, in the right amount and in the right place. At the same time, you continuously develop our MRP and commodity control processes and make an important contribution to our company success. Leadership and further development of the team Control, optimization and control of the entire flow of goods Responsibility for IT-based product disposition and inventory planning Ensuring high availability and availability of goods Own-responsible disposition of the goods to suppliers and between our locations Analysis and processing of Out-of-Stock articles and the development of sustainable solutions continuous optimisation of stocks Creation and evaluation of relevant key figures for inventory and goods management Close cooperation with the areas of purchasing, sales and logistics Identification of optimization potentials and active participation in the further development of our MRP processes

Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in disposition, goods management, inventory planning or purchasing First experience in the professional leadership of employees or the motivation to go the next career step Ideally industry knowledge in food, bakery or ice wholesale Expressed numerical understanding and analytical and process-oriented thinking Structured, careful and self-responsible operation High communication and organizational strength Team orientation, commitment and hands-on mentality Quick conception and the ability to keep an overview even in dynamic situations
