What we plan together: As a working student:in the field of human resources, you are immersed in the world of personnel development: you design and promote further development programs for professionals and managers. You will also participate in HR projects – you will see how your ideas mature while developing HR instruments in cooperation with other business areas – so that You can ultimately benefit our colleagues in REWE markets, logistics and administrative sites. You will also get an insight into digital learning concepts.

What you do with us: You drive your themes autonomously and/or as part of projects and initiatives – for example, the conception, pre- and post-processing of a workshop. Whether through research or on the basis of own ideas: You bring impulses into concept work, including when it comes to optimizing learning & development products and formats. Through the organization and documentation of meetings you contribute to their success – for example in the context of regular optimization loops of existing learning offers. When creating a presentation, you will create information in a structured and address-oriented manner – for example when creating documents for decision-makers: inside.
