In cooperation with the Smarten Region Würzburg, we operate our first “home forum” in the Dürrbachtal – a starting point for the people in the region with diverse offers for both adults and children to promote a living community.

• You are a contact person (w/m/d) on site for a wide range of issues from citizenship
• The preparation and implementation of digitalization offers and actions is one of your tasks as well as the co-design of citizen participation formats
• They promote networking and cooperation with associations and institutions and are actively involved in the exchange with the various cooperation and network partners
• In addition, you control cooperation and coordination with stakeholders of the project
• Continuous demand analysis, adaptation and further development of the (pedagogical) concept are further part of your activity

Documentation of offers and experiences and responsibility for meaningful reporting

That draws you

• Higher education in the (social) educational sector (social work, social education) or a comparable study
• Good digital knowledge or readiness to deal intensively with digital media
• A pronounced communicative and social competence
• Design joy and commitment to develop and implement your own offers according to needs
• Time flexibility (and again activities in the evening and weekend)
• Joy in team work and openness to new challenges
• Practical experience in community work is desirable
• Class B driving licence

Your location For over 50 years, the Johannites have been active in Lower Franconia. In the meantime, the regional association Unterfranken with its regional office in Würzburg, the local associations in Schweinfurt, Bad Kissingen and Miltenberg, as well as the department in Aschaffenburg and the children's daycare facilities in and around Würzburg, has about 1000 employees and 600 volunteers.
