We are looking for you as an AI Engineer (m/w/d)!

Conception, development and commissioning of AI models and data pipelines Construction and Scale of Machine Learning Infrastructures (Training, Serving, Monitoring) orchestration of LLM workflows for generation, validation and optimization of text, image and multimodal outputs Data Engineering: Collection, preparation and feature engineering of large amounts of data Automation of training and deployment processes (CI/CD for ML) Implementation of model evaluations, continuous performance monitoring Integration of security and data protection standards (e.g. GDPR compliance, access controls) Optimization of existing AI systems with regard to latency, cost and accuracy Collaborative “vibe coding” in the team: code and model reviews, common prompt engineering Adaptation and further development of the AI frontend and tools

Programming: Found experience in Python (Typescript/SvelteKit/Rust of Advantage) AI Frameworks: Safe handling of PyTorch, TensorFlow and ML-Libraries MLOps: Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Kubeflow, MLflow or similar tools Databases & Storage: SQL/NoSQL, Vector Databases, Big Data Technologies AI technologies: knowledge of LLMs, LoRA Fine tuning, RAG/CAG architectures Post training: Experience in the application of Reinforcement Learning, Active Learning and other advanced techniques Software engineering: TDD, automated testing (Unit, Integration), code reviews and clean code principles Methodology: Multiannual practical experience in agile teams (e.g. Scrum/Kanban) and independent work Communication strength: Secure German and English, ability to communicate complex ML topics Innovationsfreude: Experience with Greenfield projects and the use of the latest AI development tools Quality Consciousness: Detectable Understanding of Security-Best-Practices and Data-Governance Infrastructure: Design of container-based microservice architectures in cloud environments Optional
