Your responsibility for Stomatherapie & Wundmanagement: You provide and advise stoma patients in the intestinal centre and in the urology, perform preoperative stoma markings and take care of the professional care of acute and chronic wounds Patient consultation & support: You address and support patient-oriented care before and after surgical procedures and provide competent support for individual patient care You develop training concepts for nursing staff, teach your expertise and work closely with doctors, nursing staff and other disciplines. You ensure compliance with quality and process standards and actively promote quality control as well as the continuous development of supply quality with your profile Qualification: You have completed training as a health care and nursing agent Nursing specialist and ideally through a further education to the nursing expert Stoma, Continence and Wound or the willingness to complete this expertise: You bring well-founded nursing knowledge, work quality-consciously and provide an economical and patient-oriented care for safe operation & engagement: You convince by your own initiative, sense of responsibility and a structured way of working.
