You design the education and education of children on the basis of the Kita law of the state of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania. You plan, design and reflect educational processes and create stimulating learning and experience spaces. You accompany children aged 10 months to 10 years of age attentively and resource-oriented. You develop and accompany themed projects, in particular with a view to nature, environment, movement and health. You are committed to our pedagogical conception and are living in everyday life. You create a trusted cooperation with parents, team and supporters and actively contribute to teamwork. You contribute to the public representation of the institution and represent the educational values of our kita.

You have completed training as a state-approved educator (w/m/d) or a comparable educational qualification. Alternatively you have a study of social work, social education, childhood education or early education or a comparable qualification. Vocational experience in the field of education is desirable, but not necessarily necessary. You meet children and their families valued, turned and with joy. You bring together team skills, communication strength and initiative and work reliably and responsibly. You are willing to develop professionally and personally through training and supervision. You are interested in accompanying children through natural experiences, movement, creative offers and joint discovery in their development. The membership of a Christian church, which belongs to the working group of Christian Churches (ACK) in Germany, is desirable.
