Building Technician Nursing Home | Kirchhain | Full-time | Part-time | (m/f/d)

Tasks

You are the central contact person for all the domestic concerns of our residents and employees. Your tasks include:

• Ensure the operability of all technical, electronic and construction equipment
• Regular controls (e.g. lighting, TGA, lifts, fire protection, heating systems, outdoor installation)
• Maintenance, maintenance and minor repairs of the entire inventory
• Coordination and supervision of external service providers and craft firms
• Maintenance, maintenance and traffic control of the outdoor facilities incl. Winter service
• Documentation and tracking of maintenance, testing, damage reports and inventory lists
• Support for inclusion, removal and relocations and events
• Support for fire protection measures and training
• Compliance with all safety, hygiene and quality standards

= qualification

• Complete craft training, e.g. as an electrician, or a comparable qualification
• At least 3 years of professional experience in craft or technical fields
• Good knowledge of domestic engineering, ideally also in electrical and sanitary areas
• Self-employed, reliable and responsible work
• Craft skills and technical understanding
• Friendly appearance and joy in cooperation with residents, relatives and colleagues
• Positive attitude to work with people in need of care
