For our Facility Management Team at Rosenhof Hamburg we are now looking for a dedicated/n and handcrafted versatile Haustechniker (m/w/d). Your duties

• As a home technician (m/w/d), you are responsible for the smooth technical operation of our larger property together with colleagues in a team
• You plan maintenance and audit appointments, accompany them with external service providers and then check the invoices
• Regularly carry out technical object checks and tours, document and derive possible measures with your supervisor
• In the day-to-day business, you always have an open eye for all our technical facilities (heating, air conditioning, ventilation technology, electrical engineering, elevators, fire protection devices), you support in troubleshooting or commission the repairs by third parties
• Standby service every three weeks
• If you have experience in the service provider control (coordination, instruction, monitoring) as well as want to maintain technical documentation with us in a conscientious manner, then fit perfectly into the team!

Your profile

• Education: Completed craft training, e.g. to the electrician (m/w/d), sanitary installer (m/w/d), HKLS department, Schlosser (m/w/d), carpenter (m/w/d) or comparable qualification
• Experience: Found professional experience in home technology or in facility management
• Skill: Allround-Handwerker (m/w/d) with fast technical understanding
• Working method: Reliable, independent and solution-oriented
• Appearance: Friendly and service-oriented handling of our residents, colleagues and service providers
