Your tasks: You make the difference with us.

• Senior Brand Manager (m/w/d) - limited to 2 years, you have the content responsibility for the consistent implementation of brand strategy at all consumer touchpoints to increase brand penetration.
• You can create emotional brand experiences and win the brand positioning with relevant customer insights.
• You are responsible for the design and implementation of Full Funnel campaigns to increase brand awareness and consideration .
• Your topics also include the development of innovative marketing strategies, using marketing effectiveness principles for data-driven optimization and measurement of the measures.
• You can also carry out market and competitive analyses to identify trends and potentials.
• You are responsible for the budget, the success control and the continuous optimization of your measures to increase the ROAS.

Your profile: You always reinvent us.

• You are available through a degree in marketing, BWL or communication or a comparable qualification.
• You have at least 5 years of professional experience in brand management on the company's side - ideally in the FMCG, trade or lifestyle sector.
• In addition, you will bring well-founded experience in campaign management and implementation of Full Funnel marketing strategies.
• Your knowledge of Evidence-Based Marketing will help you manage and optimize campaigns.
• In addition, you bring creativity paired with analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
