Professional and disciplinary responsibility of the commercial, infrastructure and technical facility management Interface and contact person for all internal and external concerns regarding location management, including subsidiaries, as well as corresponding property responsibility for the locations Bremen, Wedel and Wilhelmshaven Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements regarding location management and responsibility for their implementation. Development and implementation of a long-term location concept for all sites of TKMS ATLAS ELEKTRONIK GmbH in accordance with the corporate strategy and operational business planning as well as in coordination with the responsible divisions Consolidation and coordination of infrastructure and location adaptation needs from all areas, in particular engineering, production and business areas, and showing solutions Cross-site investment planning for infrastructure and location-related measures and their cost-effective implementation Leadership of interdisciplinary project teams in location-related special projects. (e.g. setting up new sites or production sites) Management of foreign companies for location-related activities Introduction and further development of innovative collaborative office concepts to optimize cooperation and land use

Successfully completed technical or university degree (construction engineering, supply engineering, industrial engineering, etc.) or comparable training leadership skills and experience as well as ability to lead, motivate and develop employees Impressed communication capability at all levels internally and externally as well as strength of conviction Representative initiative and entrepreneurship under defined objectives Experience in managing complex company-wide projects Comprehensive practical experience in building management and engineering or the construction industry, in particular in the field of energy management, safety systems and production, integration and storage areas, preferably in the manufacturing industry Financial knowledge in the field of budget creation, management and implementation of cost-benefit analyses Knowledge of relevant laws and standards High problem solving and excellent organizational skills
