EMC-compliant design of innovative heat pump systems in compliance with all relevant standards Close cooperation with interdisciplinary teams as well as coordination with module suppliers and adjacent departments Support and further development of EMC tests in all phases of the project – including optimization of test strategies and processes Analysis of test data and derivation of measures to improve EMC system performance Independent acquisition of complex work packages in international development projects and active communication with management Professional leadership in complex development projects and intensive cooperation with suppliers and internal interfaces

Qualification: completed studies in electrical engineering, mechatronics, communications technology or comparable qualification (Bachelor / Master / Dipl.-Ing.) Experience: Multiannual experience in EMC Know-how and skills: Analytical strength for the evaluation and optimization of coupling mechanisms and interference-influencing models Knowledge of relevant standards (e.g. DIN EN 55014, DIN EN 61000) and safe handling of EMC measurement and testing technology (network analyzer, measuring receiver, generators) Experience in EMC process optimization as well as knowledge in HVAC and R are a plus Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Team-oriented personality with own initiative, organisational skills and structured working You appreciate the work in agile, interdisciplinary and international development teams and bring themselves together with enthusiasm and team spirit
