Software Engineer (m/w/d)

Location: Hagen Type of employment: Full-time

Purpose and objective For our well-known customers, we are looking for an experienced and high-communication CNC programmer (m/w/d) for the Hagen site.

Your tasks:

• Responsible for the creation of CNC programs for turning milling machining centres, especially for Mazak machines
• Analysis and optimization of existing program sequences taking into account current machine and tool data
• Establishing standardized processing processes by using parameter programs
• Conception and maintenance of tool plans and setup sheets, including further development of automated processes using programming software
• Targeted development of a standard tool catalog for increasing efficiency and minimizing setup times
• Production of missing 3D models and additional 2D drawings for production support
• Accompanying and supporting new programs and their continuous improvement in close cooperation with the operator
• Structured organization and maintenance of data management for CNC programs, tool plans and setup documents
• Promoting open, constructive communication in the team to implement change and optimization proposals

Your profile:

• Complete vocational training as a machining mechanic and ideally at least five years of professional experience in machining or initial knowledge in CNC programming
• Experience in handling 3D programming software, preferably ProfiCam, as well as basic knowledge in DIN ISO programming
• knowledge of the operation of various machine controls, in particular Mazatrol and Siemens
• Safe handling of the individual parts and small series production of complex components from special materials
