Property Manager / Senior Facility Technician (m/f/d)

Start as an object manager / leading object engineer (w/m/d) at ROM Facility Solutions, an innovative company of the Zech Group, which leads facility management to the digital age. Together with the project manager, you take responsibility for technical and infrastructural building operations and ensure safe and economical plant operation. You coordinate and monitor all technical facility management services and are central to customers, users and service providers. You guide the home technicians used in the object professionally and ensure a high quality of service and performance. You plan and coordinate maintenance, testing and maintenance, as well as the use of external service providers and after-contractors. You ensure compliance with operator requirements, legal requirements and relevant standards and guidelines. In addition, you carry out object and plant visits, coordinate technical troubleshooting and keep in mind budgets, costs and technical documentation.

Your experience is in demand: You have completed technical training, for example as plant mechanic SHK, electronics, mechatronics, technicians, masters, or a comparable qualification, and brings several years of professional experience in technical building management and facility management. You have experience in supporting technical building equipment and ideally have knowledge of electrical, heating, air conditioning, ventilation and sanitation. Embossed technical understanding, a solution-oriented working method and a high level of quality characterise you. You convince by organisational skills, self-responsibility and a structured way of working. Communication strength, a safe occurrence and customer orientation help you to handle clients, users and service providers. A safe handling of MS Office, ideally experience with CAFM systems as well as a class B licence round off your profile.
