You actively develop the market in Lower Franconia and build your own customer base. Senior Consultant (m/w/d) You actively develop the market in Lower Franconia, gain new clients and build your own customer base step by step You control the entire recruiting process – from requirement analysis to active sourcing and direct address to successful occupation You identify and inspire candidates via different recruiting channels, networks and platforms You conduct structured interviews and advise your customers at eye level when selecting suitable candidates How to position yourself in the long term as a trusted contact person for customers and candidates in your region

You have successfully completed a study or comparable training You bring experience in personal consulting, recruiting, headhunting, talent acquisition, consulting or sales of services with You have the pleasure of actively approaching people, building networks and attracting new customers You're going to be confident and communicate with decision-makers at management and C level At the same time, you are a real team player who appreciates the exchange with colleagues All in all, you count ambition, initiative and a clear result orientation
