Participation in the design, development and control of compliance tasks including the creation of the annual compliance report, the creation and revision of internal guidelines and training Observation and classification of new regulatory development and corporate governance, in particular in the area of digitalisation and artificial intelligence (e.g. AI regulation) including the implementation of necessary measures Analysis, assessment and implementation of legal and regulatory requirements (e.g. Social Code, Corruption Prevention, Notice Protection) Contact person for fields of compliance Communication and cooperation with the supervisory authorities, in particular the Federal Office for Social Security (BAS), support of insurers' inputs to the supervisory authorities and the final processing of internal and external compliance notifications Support of the Data Protection Officer (DSB) for selected data protection tasks (e.g. expert opinions, guidelines, data protection violations)

Complete study of law or a comparable degree programme Reliable relevant experience, e.g. as a compliance manager, ideally in a statutory health insurance Proofable knowledge about building, developing and maintaining compliance management systems and knowledge of relevant legislation Basic knowledge or Interest in relevant compliance standards and requirements, in particular IDW PS 980, ISO 37301, ISO 37001, ISO 37002, social legislation and future regulatory requirements, e.g. from the EU AI Act Digital affinity, basic technical understanding and interest in digitalization and automation Ability to reconcile operational needs with legal requirements and to present complex legal situations in a simple and solution-oriented manner Service-oriented, structured and independent working, sovereign appearance and integrity and confidentiality
