Their work area lies within the team sustainability, climate protection and energy management. In this function: Take the implementation of the concept of improving the operation of the technical installations in the buildings of the BLB NRW Are you responsible for the expansion of building automation and counter structure in stock, including the data breakdown of technical installations (TA) In the case of extensive refurbishments and new construction projects in the area of building automation, advise on the subsequent technical monitoring and the counter structure Are you responsible for technical monitoring (energy and plant monitoring, operational optimization), evaluation of the data of plant engineering as well as energy and media consumption and optimise plant engineering The communication between the branch and the user as well as the initiation, coordination and control of the tasks to improve the operation of the technical installations Support in the creation and application of internal tools to improve the operation of technical installations

They have completed their studies (Diplom/ Bachelor/Master) in the field of technical building equipment, utility technology, electrical engineering, energy engineering, civil engineering or in a comparable field. Further requirements: They have knowledge in the field of building automation and/or energy consulting and preferably already have professional experience in the above. Depending on the personal and operational requirements, a fee is payable for employees from the E 10 group to the E 12 group. TV‐L (approximately 50,000,00 € – approx. 80,300,00 € per year) with all agreed social services (e.g. occupational pensions).
