Operational work: You work as an independent surgeon and carry out smaller surgical procedures independently. You support larger operations, especially in the field of hand surgery, and contribute their expertise in plastic-surgical reconstructions in the hull area. Training and technical development: You complete the structured additional training hand surgery and have the opportunity to continuously expand your operational and professional skills. Station and speaking hours: You serve our patients independently on the station as well as in the outpatient speaking hours and ensure high-quality and empirical patient care. Participation: You participate in foreground and background services and ensure reliable medical care. Interdisciplinary cooperation: You work collaboratively with the other specialist departments of our house, actively contribute to the optimization of the processes and participate in case reviews and clinical decision-making processes.

You are a specialist (m/w/d) for general surgery and are interested in further training in the field of hand surgery. Ideally, you already have first hand surgery experience. You are a self-employed surgeon with strong team skills. In addition, you are characterized by empathy in dealing with patients and by the willingness to cooperate with the other departments of our house. With your technical expertise, our team also supports you in plastic-surgical reconstructions in the fuselage area.
