As Teamleiter (m/w/i) Controlling – Full time, unlimited actively contribute to the business management of the company network and contribute significantly to the transparency, achievement and further development of our controlling landscape and perform the following tasks:

Leadership & Development disciplinary and professional management of the controlling team Promoting professional skills and further development of team structures and controlling standards Establishing a modern, trusting leadership culture Strategic & Operational Control Creation of the business and medium-term planning of the company network in close coordination with management and departments Further development of transparent, structured and efficient planning processes Ensuring meaningful forecasts, plan-actual comparisons and deviation analyses derivation and monitoring of measures to achieve targets proactive analysis and preparation of decision bases for management and management Controlling & reporting Further development of modern internal and external reporting including KPI provision for management and committees Expansion of internal accounting (cost and performance accounting, profit center accounting, balance sheet) Analysis of economic conditions (e.g. interest and cost development, regulatory requirements) Innovation & digitalisation Development of digital processes and controlling instruments Integration of modern technologies and AI-based solutions Use of modern reporting and analysis tools Other tasks Participation in the production of the annual financial statements in the group Acquisition of comparable tasks and special tasks according to the requirements.

successfully completed university studies, preferably with a focus on business informatics, business management or comparable multiannual professional experience in controlling – ideally in municipal housing or real estate well-founded leadership experience proven expertise in economic planning, forecasting and under-year reporting very good knowledge of cost and performance calculations as well as modern controlling methods (e.g. accounting, rolling forecasts) Experience in the use of digital technologies, BI tools and knowledge about big data, cloud and AI in controlling very good SAP knowledge (e.g. CO, FI, RE, PM) high IT affinity and very good MS office skills – especially Excel Experience in handling control tools and SQL databases Ready to use modern analysis and reporting technologies and automate processes
