You run the Comissioning & Design group in the Coating Metrology development department professionally and disciplinary

You lead and develop the experts in your team; optimize structures, standards and associated processes

They motivate the team members through empowerment and accompaniment

In close cooperation with all stakeholders, you will ensure excellent results in your group

You will ensure that the required skills, capacities and technologies are planned, developed and maintained in your group and thus support the strategic growth of SMT

You maintain relationships with internal & external development partners

They work effectively with the leadership team and jointly develop cross-group and strategic topics as well as their implementation. You have a very good, completed, scientific or mathematical study, happy with doctorate

They have strong leadership skills and experience in (disciplinary or lateral) leadership and management of teams

They bring experiences in project management and spectroscopy, preferably in vacuum structures, or measurement applications for optical layers

They have already introduced complex products and can coordinate cooperation with different disciplines

They bring very high own initiative, willingness to take responsibility, team skills and the ability to successfully implement changes, and to work into new complex topics

You can motivate employees, use them correctly, develop them in a targeted way and thus form the group into a powerful team

They communicate in English and German in word and writing
