Your role You take responsibility for challenging development projects in the Thin Film Measurement Systems sector – from the definition phase to the final series transmission. This combines technical expertise with professional project management. Your tasks include: You control development projects end-to-end – including planning, coordination, production and, if necessary, delivery and testing with the customer.
You conduct technical discussions at eye level, clarify specifications and understand the requirements in detail.
You coordinate internal and external stakeholders (e.g. development, manufacturing, service, key account management) and ensure smooth running in all phases of the project.
You keep technical, economic and timely aspects in mind and control projects proactively.
You bring experiences from the projects you have conducted to the further development of our product portfolio and support product management in strategic topics.
You have a degree in physics or engineering – ideally related to optics, photonics or related technologies.
Multiannual professional experience in technical project management; candidates are also welcome.
Practical experience in handling multiple complex interfaces and ideally also in the optical, microoptical, spectroscopic or generally technical environment, such as in the field of laser or thin layer.
