You support the analysis and structuring of customer requirements as well as existing service and support processes You are partially responsible and participate in the identification and prioritization of automation and AI applications You support the design of Conversational AI solutions and digital service processes You model dialogues, user flows and decision logic in our platform You configure variables, contexts and simple interfaces (APIs) You create and perform test scenarios as well as analysis of optimization potentials You accompany projects from conception to go-live and beyond

Start your studies at the IU with (special) abitur, a qualified professional degree or as a national.
