The focus of the activity is on optimizing our SAP SuccessFactors landscape in the field of talent management in cooperation with HR. Use your IT expertise and your enthusiasm for innovative HR processes to actively shape exciting projects. We look forward to your support – at our locations in Stuttgart, Munich or Cologne! Responsibility for the SuccessFactors module Learning and the technical support of the external Learning Management System IMC Holistic understanding of the SuccessFactors platform and responsibility for further SuccessFactors talent modules and Story Reporting Continuous development of the processes, optimization of the systems and the employee experience in close cooperation with the departments Support in the design of new, innovative solutions and their IT-side implementation Moderating workshops, process design and technical advice in cooperation with the areas of software development, BI and IT operations Control of external service providers Support in the development and standardization of existing processes and structures within the team.

Complete study of the fields of business informatics, computer science, BWL or a comparable subject. Practical experience in managing IT projects, workshop moderation and process design Good knowledge with SAP SuccessFactors, ideally in the modules Learning, P&G, Succession, as well as understanding the underlying processes of these modules High IT affinity and a great interest in business processes in the HR environment Fun at work with data and pronounced analytical skills Structured and targeted working methods Very good knowledge of German and English
