Type of employment: Unlimited Working time: Full time Place of work: Arnstadt You take over the location control and independently manage the facility management at the Arnstadt site from a commercial perspective. You are also responsible for the administrative creation and maintenance of standard rental contracts. As a central contact person, you work closely with the central Bosch accounting and the internal department in the field of investment assets. The organization, implementation and documentation of the physical plant inventory is your responsibility. You act as a support for the central Bosch accounting in matters relating to creditor accounting and assist in the clarification of creditor accounts. You carry out the operational project controlling and are responsible for the regular and precise commercial investigation of unfinished products and services. In the case of representation, you reliably take over the creation of the Bosch-internal monthly financial statements. You are the first point of contact for all issues relating to company insurance at the location and take over the commercial audit and the management of supplier guarantees. Education: Successfully completed study of Business Administration (BWL) with a focus on controlling, finance or accounting, or a comparable commercial qualification (e.g. IHK Business Administration) Professional experience: desirable is a relevant professional experience in site, factory or project controlling as well as a well-founded knowledge in the field of accounting/ accounting – ideally collected in the group environment Competence: Funded knowledge in the field of accounting (IFRS/HGB) regarding investment assets and the assessment of unfinished services (WIP). First experiences in contract law (rental contracts, guarantees) are advantageous. IT knowledge: Very safe handling of SAP (R3) as well as common MS Office applications (especially Excel). Personality: Analytical and Entrepreneurial Thinking, Strong Number Affinity and a Structured, Self-Responsible Working. You are strong in communication, enforceable and value the work at important internal interfaces. Languages: Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing.
