Finance & Controlling Trainee Program (m/f/d)

Understanding the whole – You are going through central finance and controlling areas and develop a deep understanding of financial management and business processes. Take responsibility – You work on projects at an early stage and actively shape topics such as process optimization and digitalization. Growing internationally – You gain valuable experience with a foreign station and develop your global view of finance structures with international contact. Design the future – you are working on modern BI, reporting and controlling solutions and are constantly introducing your ideas. Developing a career in a targeted way – you will be prepared for a defined target position in controlling or finance.

You have completed a degree in economics with a focus on finance, accounting, controlling with very good success - ideally with a Master. You have pronounced analytical skills and a high affinity for numbers and data, which you could already demonstrate in relevant internships or student workshops. You show your own initiative, willingness to learn and a pragmatic hands-on mentality, it is easy for you to convey complex subject-oriented topics. You are communicative, you like to work in the team and think beyond area boundaries – digital competence and IT affinity complete your profile. You bring very good English skills and openness to international applications.
