For the Clinic for Gastroenterology and Infectiology (CEO PD Dr. med. Johannes Tebbe) at the Klinikum Lippe we are looking for the next possible appointment Senior Consultant (m/w/d) The clinic with the focus on gastroenterology/hepatology, infectiology, diabeticology and neurogastroenterology has 90 beds including infection department and intensive care unit, which are currently supervised by 20 doctors (1-5-14). Every year in the department approx. 4500 patients inpatient care. Interdisciplinary endoscopy meets the highest standard of modern, powerful endoscopy in all areas. Currently approx. 8000 diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures performed. In addition to endosonography, interventional endoscopy is a special focus of the department. The department also includes the interdisciplinary ultrasound center in the annually more than 12000 sonographic procedures incl. interventions and counter-medical Sonography are carried out. The diagnostic competence of the clinic is rounded off by an efficient gastroenterological and neurogastroenterological functional laboratory. The Clinic for Gastroenterology is a cooperation partner in the “Viszeraloncological Center Lippe”. The intestinal, stomach and pancreas carcinoma centre is DKG certified. Against this background, quality assurance and quality improvement in diagnostics and therapy as well as the care for the optimal care and care of oncological patients are a daily task and challenge.

Remuneration is made according to TV doctors/VKA with all other services of the public service. Highly disabled applicants are preferably taken into account with the same suitability and competence. There is basically the possibility of parttime employment.
