Controller Big Data (m/f/d)

In your role as a controller (m/w/d) Big Data, you can take on varied and demanding activities: You analyse large amounts of data and develop sound control, forecasting and planning tools which serve as the basis for strategic decisions. You create precise reports, dashboards and analyses and prepare them for management and the areas of expertise. You develop digital controlling tools and automatized reporting processes to continuously increase transparency, efficiency and data quality. You ensure data quality, optimize existing data models and work closely with IT and Data Engineering to further develop our data landscape. You monitor cost structures, identify risks and potentials, and derive appropriate recommendations for action. You are actively involved in projects for digitalisation and Modernising the controlling processes and bringing your expertise to the selection and introduction of new technologies. You advise internal stakeholders on analytical issues, assist them in interpreting key figures and thus make a significant contribution to data-based decision-making.

You bring both professional qualifications and personal strengths that make you a valuable addition to our team: Completed studies in BWL, in­formatics, data science or a comparable subject, as well as many years of professional experience in controlling or in data-driven financial environment Safe handling of data and analytics, in particular with SQL, data banks, ETL processes and data modeling Experience with BI tools, ideal tableau, as well as ability to produce precise analyses and reports Extensive analytical competence, strong numerical affinity and joy in digital technologies and data-based work Structured, solution-oriented and reliable mode of operation with a high degree of self-initia­tive and sense of responsibility Communication strength and strong team capability, combined with safe occurrence, as well as the ability to actively support change processes
