In this position, you take over the strategic overall management of an international program for unmanned systems (UGV platform) and have the opportunity to help shape innovative technologies and bring life to real applications. You work with highly qualified teams across multiple locations and have a direct impact on the entire life cycle of the project – from planning to execution to the product's market maturity. Your tasks include the overall strategic management of an international program for unmanned systems (UGV platform) over the entire life cycle. Furthermore, you have the overall responsibility for planning, execution, budget, time management and technical results, with particular focus on the development phase and technological product maturity. In addition, you will lead and develop multidisciplinary, international project teams across multiple locations and organizations. In addition, you control communication and expectation management against internal and external stakeholders and act as a central contact person in key account management to customers and procurement authorities. In addition, you coordinate internal and external stakeholders as well as cross-project activities and ensure compliance with corporate standards and risk management requirements. You will also recognise risks at an early stage and take appropriate measures to ensure project success.

You have completed technical or economic studies (e.g. mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering) or a comparable qualification; Additional qualifications such as PMP or MBA are advantageous. In addition, you will bring over 10 years of leadership experience in complex development or technology programs. In addition, you have experience in the field of defence, high-tech or vehicle technology. Their sound technical understanding includes robotics, autonomous systems and knowledge in AI or software-loaded projects. You have a strong commercial understanding and can safely evaluate project progress and risks. Excellent communication skills as well as knowledge of German and English that is safe to negotiate are yours; French is advantageous.
