Support teams in HR Communications, Employer Branding and Leadership, as well as insights into global HR processes Support for communication, incorporation and training on new HR tools and processes, personnel development projects and employer branding activities (coordination, preparation, implementation) Participation in updating existing SAP SuccessFactors training and creation of new training and incorporation materials, incl. AI-based content (e.g. with Synthesia) Support in the planning and implementation of internal and external events Research and support in the development of communication and training strategies Working with communication campaigns and initiatives, including text creation, channel management and ideas development Creation of journalistic content for internal and external channels (Intranet, Employee app, Newsletter, Social Media) Support for the relaunch of the HR Intranet (structure of individual pages, coordination with stakeholders, page creation)

Education: Continuous studies in the field of communication, business management, psychology, HR, technology, media or comparable course Expertise: First practical experience in communication, HR, change management or training desirable Journalistic basic skills Interest in transformation projects and innovative topics Secure handling of MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)

Knowledge of German and English in Word and Writing Personality: High self-motivation and commitment as well as rapid understanding Strong organizational skills and strong sense for details Proactive operation and willingness to take responsibility Creative team player
